I agree with Oppo and Orb. HTR pimped Wisdom Audio (Their stuff is super duper proprietary.) awhile back.

Nuvision? Yes! Their LCD's at least do 5:5 pulldown. However, I wouldn't compare them to Runco, as they don't offer any front projection solutions. Nuvision used to have a 3:3 pulldown rear projection DLP.

Nuforce? Hmm... A search on the Audioholics website doesn't mention them. However, they make some attractive looking amps.

How did the customer installers worst nightmares (in terms of reducing high margin cable sales), Monoprice and BlueJeans, get left off the list is my question?

Monoprice was listed as an Inc 500 fastest growning company last year and continues it's record pace this year. Just about all our cables are ROHS compliant to meet high environmental standards. :D

How does Control 4 qualify as an "Up and comer"? They have been around for almost 5 years.

I use Monoprice for all my custom installs specifically because they let me pass on great prices to my customers while the big boy installers are trying to sell them $250 35' HDMI cables, I come in with sub $100 cables of great quality - and still make a nice profit.

The downside is that the customer could buy the cable themselves directly.

The upside is, they don't have to think about it and they DO save money at the end of the day anyways.
