Home Gym - essential for Home theater enthusiasts

I spent over a year decking out my new home with theater equipment, and multi room audio but until now, I was missing the most important element - a home gym.

Now I can listen to tunes while I bench press or ride the elliptical glider. Time flies by when your listening to your own music in your own environment as loudly as you like :)

Gym Equipment:
Body Solid G2-B
Adjustable Bench
Golds Gym adjustable weight stack (10-50lbs each)
Schwinn Elliptical Glide
Bodylastics Weight band system

I may add some heavier dumbells after my shoulder injury heals, but right now I am loving it and NOT missing workouts any more.

I am also rocking away with my Klipsch AW-525's and thinking about adding a sub to get some extra bass punch.

What should I do, add more weights or a sub? Hmm decisions decisions :D

Gene....

That is too cool!

My Idea of a workout is playing golf while riding a cart...LOL

Do you really have to ask. Get a sub.
...and a TV.
You could do something like this:

That's actually a sub acting as a table sandwiched between the elliptical, the bike stand, and the bike rollers. The best part is I can listen to music or watch movies or TV while I work out too. Take my word for it, cheesy kung fu movies from the 70's are highly motivational workout material.

Haha thats classic! Love the M&K's BTW - great speakers.

I plan on putting in a flat panel and definately a sub real soon. Imagine, I can be in geek heaven watching Star Trek and pumping iron. :D
