No worries. The Roku settings need retooling big time and some of the display settings are automatic. One has to look high and low for some of the advanced settings. I find myself changing the refresh rate setting back and forth depending on the content. One thing to check is the HDR setting. If it is forced, it applies a FakeDR to SDR content. I like to let the SDR material do its own thing and let HDR material do its own thing. But, if watching content with adverts, I do turn off refresh rate matching to avoid those blackouts during the commercials.
