HK AVR235 vs AVR 335

I'm looking at getting one of these recievers to go wtih a Bic setup I'll be purchasing in the near future. Can anyone justify the $110 difference between these two besides higher power output on the 335?

Other than the extra digital inputs, and the assignable surround back channels to zone II, not much else is there. Strange how the 335 is 2lbs less!

Well then, 235 it is. The 435 would be nice (more component inputs, as well as other goodies), but I still can't justify all that extra money.

So my planned setup so far is...

2pr Bic DV62SIB's
1 Bic DV62CLR
Hsu STF-2 Sub (might end up being VTF-2 or Bic 1220)
HK AVR235
Tripp Lite HT10DBS Powerbar
Cheap but good cables from somewhere (maybe Ram Electronics or a local retailer)

Now time to hijack my own thread:

Anyone have stand suggestions for the Bic bookshelves? They don't need to be pretty, just functional and solid.

id recommend getting a refurbished one off ebay, you might be able to afford a 435 at the price of a 235

it is an authorized dealer and has a full manuf. warranty. make sure its from Harman Audio.

I'll be watching eBay, but nothing is for sure there. I know I can get a good price at J&R though. We'll see. I'll keep my eye on Ebay and hopefully get a good deal.

they sell about 2 a day, for each model..

just go to the harman audio store on ebay,. my cousin got a 630 for 475 bucks.
