Hitman....someone forgot the "S" on the packaging

well I knew this one was hit or miss, and fortunately for me I rented it on Blu-Ray instead of forking out $25+ to have it collecting dust in my collection.
Although for the most part (I actually made it through the whole thing) the sound was pretty descent, the whole cliche story and acting was crap, stop gritting your teeth man! Although the chick is hot, The main character was so "BOOORING" no depth to this character at all, and THE WORST one liners for a hero ever. I think this story was lacking a whole lot of story and plot to build an interesting character, no interesting camera work, no good lighting, no good car chase (I guess they rented the car for this one) no mystery, no nothing. but the chick is hot. Don't waste your time and hard earned cash on this one, go and re-watch the transporter instead. I dub this movie "$HITMAN and a hot chick".

Can't really have high expectations for this one though...check brain at door, enjoy it for what it is: popcorn flick and nothing more. I haven't seen it and I don't plan to anytime soon

examples: too many to list, most recent offenders being Jumper, Eragon, ad infinitum.

Videogame + License = Crap Movie (only exception um, um..., um, um..., Doom? )

examples: Super Mario Brothers, Street Fighter, Doom , Resident Evil (puke), Silent Hill, Hitman, etc., as in all of them.

The hell?! Resident evil are great movies! Plenty of action greatly put together. I loved all of the three, hated the video game.

For hitman, I so want to watch this movie cuz it's available in blu-ray to rent here so Great explosions and action in HD but 6% tomatometer (splat!) + baddddd reviews all over the net. And if I wanna see a smokin' hot chick, I'll go see my gf

The hell?! How could anyone but its mother love RE: Extinction
Furthermore, how could you hate RE:4? Even the most jaded gamer knows that game is a classic.

I guess that is exactly the reason why they haven't delved into a production Halo movie...could be good in the right hands, but why risk such an awesome franchise.
I liked the first RE move (although I think it could have utilized better CGI in this day and age) but the second and third were aggravating to watch, I was praying for an end.

I agree. I love those movies. They are just fun and Mila Jovich (s/p) is a badass. They changed it up in all the movies enough where it wasn't stale (underground, night, day, etc.) and the zombies are just awesome. The dogs and birds from the last one were great.
