Help- Yamaha RX-V1 is dead after power outage

This had happened before and it was fixed in Yamaha service. But later they could not explain how they fixed. The system is completely dead now.
Did anybody have similar experience before?

Fuses are ok.

Thanks for your reply. I checked the fuses. They are fine.
I think this is feature of the device. It locks itself for shock damages. I already know there is a computer inside. Probably it has to be reset. But nobody in the service knows this.

Yamaha checked the system. After removing the power circuitry the power was working fine and not happening until the next power outage. The device stayed 2 months in the Yamaha service. But they could not identify it. Eventually they replaced poer and function circuitry without any charges.
