Hello! I have the following system:
1x Sony XBR-77A9G 77 OLED 4K TV
Outlaw Model 976 Processor
Model 7000x Amplifier
1x PREMIER 600C (one front-center speaker)
2x PREMIER 800F (two front side tower-speakers)
4x PREMIER 200B (one for each side and one for each rear corner)
2x Monolith 15in THX Ultra Certified 1000-Watt Subwoofers
I read the manuals and went through the system setup in the Outlaw Model 976 Processor menu but I'm hoping I simply missed something. I've gone back half a dozen times to experiment with different settings to try and solve my issue without success. So I'm here hoping the audio experts can provide some guidance.
The problem is I get no sound out of my subwoofers when listening to music from streaming sources, such as Youtube Music, Amazon Music, and iHeart Radio. I got amazing bass when I watched a 4K UHD movie using my 4K UHD DVD player the other night, but most of my entertainment are from streaming sources. I went to the following pages:
This article shows you how to get your subwoofer working for two-channel sources in your AV receiver. Enjoy great bass for all listening modes by following these guidelines.

This guide is designed to address the numerous questions we've received from new home theater owners on setting up their loudspeakers and AV receiver bass management settings. Get good bass here.

...and I tried switching all the speakers to "small" and verifying the crossovers were set to 80Hz. I tried switching my subwoofer settings around as well without any progress. The bass seems to come out of my two tower speakers no matter what settings I choose.
I should note one confusing thing to me is that I don't see any options to change the sound mode in the AV processor. I only have source options, like Direct, Media, TV, Server, Aux, etc. I'm surprised that I don't see any dolby digital plus options in the AV processor menu options or on any of the remote or front panel buttons. The TV sound setting is set to Dolby Digital.
The subwoofers were the most expensive speakers in my system so I'm eager to fix my system setup so I can actually hear them! Please provide guidance.
Thank you for your help =D
