Help with Mitsubishi WS-55513

I will be using digital cable,vcr and a Zenith ZEN DVB612 dvd player.The The dvd player is conected via dvi\hdmi cable.I just can't seem to figure out what input to use to display the dvd via the dvi cable.Also, can someone just give me a quick overview on how everything should be connected. I think I have it mostly figured out, but you never know.Should be cable going into dtv box then going into the vcr input then out to the tv?

What do you mean by 'the problem is getting to the input to view the dvd'?

If you connected the dvd player to an hdmi input on the tv, just select that input on the tv - either from the remote or directly on the tv.

That's the part I was having a hard time finding. I think that I found it but I couldn't select it.

Anybody know how to change the imputs on the device menu?Also how to change from imput 1 to imput 2?

Thought I would update this.The reason it wouldnt work is I had to use a hdmi to dvi and the tv would not display a image.I called mitsu and was told that imput would not display anything when using the hdmi to dvi adaptor.

Also I had another question.Souldnt the tv automaticly set the display resolution?I see no way to set this up or even change the resolution in any of the menus.
