help with hooking up the emotiva 3 channel

hey guys need some help with getting the wiring ready

I have an onkyo 876 with front Paradigm studio 100v5
center Paradigm cc590v4 (it's running 5.1 with rears and sub)

and just order an emotiva xpa 3

can some one walk me on how to hook it up?

is it amp to speakers? or onkyo to emotiva to speakers?

what wiring will I need? Speaker wire? fiber optic?

RCA Preouts from the receiver, to emotiva RCA in's, then emotiva to speakers.

Standard RCA cable from receiver to emotiva, speaker wire from emotiva to speakers

Shielded RCA cables (3) from the receiver to the amp.
