Hello folks!

Im trying to choose best sounding speakers for listening music at home in medium sized room with not much of furniture (most of tunes are Rap, Hip-Hop and, dont laugh, Classical, sometimes Rock). I will play it from my laptop so i thought i would need self-powered speakers as im not educated in "how-to-combine-amps-subs-etc".
I can spend up to 400$ pp.

I like deep clear sound with some good bass which you can feel in your stomach :) (i doubt i can get it for the price of 400$ but at least something close). And i have very sensitive ear so i cant enjoy crappy sound...

Im looking now on those:

1. Swan M200MkIII

2. Cambridge NHT55

3. Audioengine A5

4. Zvox Z-Base 525

I cannot test this speakers myself as i can buy only from internet.
I have plenty of space, so size of the speakers can be any big.
I dont care of design etc, i just need SOUND.

Help me to choose please

OR! recommend me good combination of speakers+amplifier+subwoofer under given price.

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Assuming you have a digital audio output on your laptop I'd look for a used receiver with a matching (coax or optical) digital input ($50-75). Add a pair of Behringer 2030P speakers ($131) - however you will need the receiver to power them, and a $155 Dayton sub from Parts express to give you that deep bass you crave. Total with shipping about $400.

Would you be so kind to suggest few models of receiver and amplifier please? So i know what to google. I have found speakers and sub online and going to order them. Just limited in time and need to decide fast what else to order so everything comes together in time.

Thank you very much!
