Help the guy with the tiny speakers! HT question

Hey guys, first post here. I currently have a Samsung HW-C700 which has up to 7.1 surround setup. My current speaker situation is a set of 5 Klipsch quintet (I believe series 3) and a klipsch down firing subwoofer.

My problem is the center channel seems fairly weak and sometimes it is hard to hear voices during movies / shows. I was wondering what you guys would recommend for upgrading this system. What speakers would you change up first and why. I believe the sub (since it rocks the room) and the receiver are good for my current needs, but I am unsure.

Further info: this is a medium sized living room, and this system is mostly for Blu rays. Also I am not limited necessarily by size and just want the best sound for the money. Budget around 300$ at this time, even if I have to buy in pieces for now. Thanks a lot !

The problem may not and probably does not lie with the speakers. My guess is that the calibration program in the receiver set the center channel at a level lower than you need. Perhaps it is just a matter of raising the center level manually.

I have it bumped up to +4 and distance set correctly. All speakers set at "small" and crossover set at 150Hz it was at 120Hz which is what is stated as lowest for those speakers via specs however I was still getting a little distortion due to low levels running through speakers. Now would I have an issue if I just replaced a set of speakers at a time, I watch a lot of war / action movies and want that loud full noise. Since these current speakers only push out 150Hz and with a subwoofer I really need something to fulfill the mid range. Or could I just add a few towers and then move my front speakers to the side to make a true 7.1 system
