Help Please

Ok im not sure if this is were i should post this but here is my question
I have a Yamaha HTR5760 Reciver and i have these speakers

Front: 45W x 2 (120Hz-20kHz, 4 ohms, 1% THD)
Center: 140W (120Hz-20kHz, 4 ohms, 1% THD)
Surround: 45W x 2 (120Hz-20kHz, 4 ohms, 1% THD)
Subwoofer: 150W (45Hz-120Hz, 4 ohms, 1% THD)
Can i use them or will it damage something?

It looks like that receive might be able to push those 4 ohm speakers fine, but the good news is that it has preouts so you could just add an amp and have nothing to worry about at all then.
