Help please

Hi,

I am new here and hope someone can help me.

I have a Prima ht-8104 home theatre system.

I accidentally set the DVD player to a TV type other than NTSC. Now my TV will not display anything from the DVD player (including the setup menu) so I can't re-set to factory settings.

I have tried unplugging the unit and plugging it back in, but that did not help.

What can I do?

I have not been able to find an owner's manual for that unit online. Do you have a link to one?

I was looking for the manual to help you step through the process, but here's the general approach. Follow the steps within the manual to switch back to NTSC (or to reset the factory setting). Don't rely on seeing the steps on the screen, because you can't. Just follow the steps one at a time and press the appropriate buttons on the remote. You will know at the end if you pushed them correctly because the unit should be reset to NTSC.
