I have a DELL vostro 1000 which I am trading for a SONY VAIO XBRITE.

I assume the XBRITE is Anti Reflective and not Anti Glare.

Meaning once I am in a dark room I won't have eye strain.
Recently I have been seeing millions of crazy shiny floating spots in my vision whenever I look into the sky now I see floaters and weird images.
When I look at a white background on a matte LCD display I see crazy weird floaters and fuzzy hazy images.

Recently I saw a glossy screen on a HP laptop and it was like Heaven.

I am talking picture perfect, i taught for a second my eyes were in heaven.

I want to know what causes this can anyone please help me?
And is the SONY XBRITE a gloss screen?

How high is the brightness setting on the Dell? Try turning it down to about halfway.

It does not matter how low I turn the brightness down I still have eye fatigue.

I heard Glossy solves this problem.

Matte is like looking at Africa.

GLOSS is like looking at America or Japan.

Thats how disgustine matte is.
