Hello all,

I am not new to this forum but this is my first and only post in I think 4 years. Anyway, I have the infamous wmax's newbie system which consists of:

Onkyo SR505 receiver
2 x Behringer 2030p speakers
1 x Dayton 10" sub

This system has served me well, but I would like to expand it. Here's a diagram of the layout .

Legend:
| = wall
C = couch
b = Behringer 2030p
d = Dayton 10" sub

|---10'---b---2'---b---20'---|
|
10'
|
|----------C-------d---------|

Ok, so here's what I what I would like to accomplish:

I would like to accomplish:

1. duplicate the speakers (2.1) in 3 different areas:

a. Outside front (porch)
b. Inside right half of floor
c. Outside rear (deck)

NOTE: I realize the outdoor speakers will have to be different models than what I am currently running.

2. Add surround sound for movies.

3. Zone(?) control. I would like to be able to control power to each area so as to turn them on and off depending on where we want to listen.

So, I have no idea what I need in order to accomplish this. I think choosing the speakers won't be too hard as I can get recommendations by searching the forums but my main concern is the non-speaker equipment (receiver,amp, crossover, separate DAC) to which I am pretty clueless.

Lastly, I am pretty budget conscious. I try to purchase equipment in the $150 - $250 range so that it isn't too big of a deal to replace if needed. My current setup cost me all of $600-$700 so my budget is about $2100 or $700 for each new area.

Please help, expert and newbie advice equally welcome.
