If it were me i wouldnt buy anything new, ever!,take a look at the system in my signature, every last peice was bought used & nobody can tell the difference between them being new in box , i saved well over $20,000 buying used, all my equipment was picked up in person & listened to before i bought it with exception of my monoblocks.
Seriously,go to the link i gave you for Audiogon.com & right on top of the Home page you'll see a search bar,on the left of the search bar there will be the word SEARCH in blue, click it & you'll see search options, where it says Zip Code enter the first 2 digits from your zip code to see all the used gear in your area that you can see & hear first hand.
Even with the electronics used is the way to go,99% of the time if a peice of used electronics works when you get it it'll work for years to come with no problem, its the cheap mass assembled junk electronics that have a short (planned)lifespan not the higher end models.
If ya want to save a fat wad of cash go used all the way.
