Height of Plasma TV

I'm mounting a 42 inch plasma in my bedroom and wanted to know what is the best or recommended height from the floor. I'll be watching tv from my bed the majority of the time. My viewing distance will be about 10-12ft and whatever the typical height off the floor a bed sits.

As a general rule of thumb you want your line of sight to be in the middle to top 1/3 of the screen.
