Please suggest to me some headphones with good bass and noise cancellation. My budget is around $100.

Sennheiser 280 Pros. Pretty flat response, decent bass and good noise cancelling. I have a pair and they are ok for general listening but not great. You will give up some of the open sound if you need noise cancelling in this price range unfortunately.

I don't recall them mentioning that in the review, but it seems like they are bluetooth only.
