Headphone to Denon vs iPhone

If I want something approximating audiophile sound would I be better getting Bluetooth cans, or wired? Would there be any difference in the sound from my iPhone or Denon 4500?
What headphones would you recommend @$200?

Your iPhone may not have enough power to properly drive a set of headphones, it depends on the headphones that you choose. So, you need to determine your priorities here. A standalone headphone amp could also resolve that issue. In general, your Denon would be expected to be superior to just using the iPhone 3.5mm jack.
