about this! He is a software writer.
He says: -
It means you should start seeing all sorts of devices on the black market
that allow you to do all sorts of things with HDMI without having to worry
about it not working or loss of quality. It means people can write software
and create hardware for the PC that will allow you to do a byte-for-byte
copy of an HDMI signal with no quality loss.
It doesn't mean that today I can just whip up a PC that does everything you
need. But this is a huge piece of the puzzle.
