Having taught both Beethoven and Mozart, I here aspects of his teaching in both composer's music. I went on to discogs to look for a well recorded and produced collection of just his symphonies. They ranged anywhere from 33 to 37 CDs. Thats a boat load of symphonies. Looking for recomendations on a good production set.
