Has anyone heard these speakers, if so, any opinions?

My opinion is you should audition first before you buy since everyone is different .

Just because one persn or a group of people prefer one speaker does not mean you will as well.

So when a person says that so and so speakers sound better than anything else, or that certain speakers only sound good with movies or music, take it with a grain of salt. :D

Audition and compare as many available as possible. Then buy the speakers you like based on sound quality, aesthetic, price, brand, etc.

Right, and i get that. It is just that unfortunately i live a good deal away from audio stores. and with work and school it is hard to find time to audition. On top of that, the martin logans are 45 minutes away in the different direction of the B&Ws. And no store near has the rest.

Mirage

I have Mirage satellites and the soundstage is very wide and deep. They are a sister company with Energy and Klipsch. They are very well built and have a very large sweetspot. I would love to upgrade my satellites to these but can't afford to right now.

In my opinion, I believe they sound better than Klipsch (to me at least) which i used to have. For the price they are great. They sold for 1200$ each about a year or so ago so 1000$ for pair is real good.
