The Movie was great!!

Yea, it was a little dark, but that was obviously the directors intent. I didnt think it looked bad in any way. Great flick!~

Just watched it tonight and it's the first movie that had me thinking about pausing in the middle and breaking out the DVE disc to finally calibrate the projector.

I also found the sound dynamics lacking throughout most of the movie.

I'm somewhat embarrassed to say that my system has me scraping the bottom of the barrel looking for good sounding special effects movies. Although this is not the worst of those, it is two hours of my life I won't get back.

Just to annoy most people on this forum, I am from England and have the region 2 version, and, for once, can actually say that we have the better version. The picture is excellent, extremely vivid and detailed, and the sound top notch, especially the dragon scene.
Probably the best of the Harry Potter series so far, very well produced!!

Enjoyed the movie quite a bit...audio and video did seem a bit lacking...had no problems with the basic dvd version.
Surprising they did not do a very good job with the audio and video that they could have. I wonder why.

Well I threw the movie up on a Sony 60" SXRD today and I did notice the movie to be kind of dark, but I still think it looked pretty good... Oh well! :)

I dont know what people are talking about because I thought the sound was good. I had no problems with the picture either. The look of the film was the directors intent.
