Happy New Year all !

Enjoying the Tournament of Roses parade, fond memories for me, my youngest son's High School Marching Band participated when he was a senior back in '99. To the best of my knowledge it's the second longest marched parade in the world, 5.5 miles. My son is a drummer and he played 'tap-off' , meaning he never stopped playing for 5.5 miles !

What's for dinner on New Years Day? As long as I can remember we always had pork, mashed potatoes, green beans and sauerkraut. I don't like sauerkraut, but everything else will be on the table.
