Smoke a cigar and remember to inhale. :p :D

Start drinking again. Sometimes thats really all that helps.

Otherwise, just try to get some sleep. Hangovers suck, man. Get to feeling better.

Keep in mind for the next time:

in-between drinks, have some water, no matter what you're drinking, though.
Example: every 3 Buds, drink one small bottle of water and you'll be golden!
Main cause of hangover is dehydration though ;)

I do believe I am the drinking excessively expert on here...

First, don't drink low end booze. I only drink single malt scotch, high end Anejo tequila and on occasion, some Belvedere vodka. I like IPA but beer tends to leave me with a bad hangover. Avoid sugary drinks, straight high-end booze is your friend.

Second, as mentioned above, drink plenty of water as you are drinking the booze. Also get some calories in you especially before you go to bed.

Third, when you wake up start pounding the water. I drink 3 bottles of water as soon as I awake.

Fourth, get some electrolytes in your system. I find the best to be Pickle Juice sports drink. If I am out of that, I use Cytomax.

Fifth, Eat a huge breakfast with plenty of fat in it. You are going to want to barf but just force yourself to do it.

Sixth, take a 20-30 minute nap and then repeat steps 1-5

On my "drunk nights" it's not unusual for me to have 10-12 of my favorite drinks and most of the time, I can still be ready to hit the trail for some mountain biking by noon the next day.

Tylenol and tons of old fashioned water, {I do un sweetened iced tea with lemon by the quart, this also helps with the tiredness.... }
But the most important thing to remember is hydrate while drinking the night before, start the night with a bottle of water, drink another half way through and just power through a couple bottles right before you crash....

About a year ago, a friend of mines 17 year old daughter came home drunk and sick, he called me and had me come over to help him deal with it {his wife passed the year before at 39 years old}, I got there and she was really sick, she weighs about 90-lbs and drank hard liqueur all night.. So I seen she wasn't even throwing up and was passing out so we took her to the ER for a pump out, but when we pulled in the parking lot she started vomiting so they didn't have to pump her stomach but gave her an iv of saline and within 15 minutes it was like she never had a drink, sober and feeling hungry {still had vomit on her shirt}!!! I couldn't believe it, but the dr said it happens all the time, dehydration causes most of alcohols effects and saline fixes it within minutes...
The dr did ask Jimmy if he wanted her to feel better or learn a lesson, but I said considering what she had been through in the last year, she deserves a pass, teach her a lesson next time, so they gave her the iv and took her for a walk around the er showing her all the other drunks and what she looked like 30 minutes ago... {there was actually 2 more kids there from the same party she went to.....}

anyway, drink water, and don't eat red meat, anything sweet, anything fried , soda... that should go for everyday actually, lol...

Any out there I'm feeling pretty busted up
Hangover cure starts the night before. Before you go to bed after a heavy night of drinking, drink as much water as you can stomach before you go to bed. Try to get down at least 2 tall glasses.

Why everyday? I love me some steak, fried chicken. A nice soda and certainly have no problems enjoying some sweets. ;)

First off, you are better off to steer clear of Tylenol (acetaminophen) for a hangover. Tylenol and alcohol are really rough on your liver separately, mix the two and it is really, really tough on your liver. Most likely won't kill you if only every now and then, but if you are a serious drinker, then don't risk it.

I take aspirin instead. In particular, I highly recommend Alka Seltzer morning relief. It is Alka Seltzer (asparin) with caffeine. That has saved me many a rough morning, or at least helped to take the edge off. You get the water, the caffeine, and dissolved aspirin, so it gets into the bloodstream quicker.

Now, if it is a possibility, nothing cures a hangover like a nice bloody mary. Seriously. The tomato juice helps, and the vodka helps to slow down your rapid drop in BAC. Ever woken up still drunk? Not hungover, still drunk. That rapid drop in BAC sucks and hurts, nothing a little bloody mary won't fix :D

I like the Twin Peaks method:

Cooper: Sure fire cure for a hangover, Harry. You take a glass of nearly frozen unstrained tomato juice. You plop a couple of oysters in there. You drink it down. Breathe deeply. Next you take a mound, and I mean a mound of sweetbreads. Sautee it in some chestnuts and Canadian Bacon. Finally, biscuits, big biscuits, smothered in gravy. Now here's where it gets tricky. You're gonna need some anchovies.
Harry: Excuse me. [heaves and rushes to the bathroom]
Cooper: That should do it.
