Does that mean you get your choice - any liquor you want at rail prices... Kettle one and cranberry...? same price...

I don't think so......it means they have they have an upper deck as well as top shelf.

Wheat vodka, they label them by "season." I've started to see it floating around down here, people paying insane prices for a glass of it.

There is another one with gold in it, but I can't remember the name

Goldschlager and Goldwasser have gold flakes but they're cinnamon schnapps, not vodka.
