Great Customer Service

I love the MA sound and have had Monitor Audio Speakers in my system from the get go. First, the Silver Series and now have the MA Gold’s and I have never experienced a problem. Well last week during a particularly long and loud demo session with a friend, I blew the mid-bass driver on one of the GR60s. I called MA (actually their North American distributor Kevro Intl. in Ontario) and spoke with one of their Customer Service reps. I described the situation to him and before I could ask, he offered to send another driver out to me that day. I am under warranty but that did not matter to them. They just wanted to quickly resolve the situation in a positive way and they certainly did that for me. Replacing the driver was a snap and I’m back in business in less than a week. This type of customer service inspires great customer loyalty (it doesn’t hurt that they make great sounding speakers). If only all manufacturers were this customer friendly.

Sure glad to hear this. I went with MA RS Silvers about 8 months ago for what will probably be my "last" system...(Yeah, that'll happen) Although I've had no problems, it's good to know they stand behind their products. After scrutinizing the cabinets and drivers of those babies (who couldn't love Ceramic Aluminum Magnesium?) , I had a good feeling about this company...From the movie "V" for Vengeance: England will prevail!
