I love the MA sound and have had Monitor Audio Speakers in my system from the get go. First, the Silver Series and now have the MA Gold’s and I have never experienced a problem. Well last week during a particularly long and loud demo session with a friend, I blew the mid-bass driver on one of the GR60s. I called MA (actually their North American distributor Kevro Intl. in Ontario) and spoke with one of their Customer Service reps. I described the situation to him and before I could ask, he offered to send another driver out to me that day. I am under warranty but that did not matter to them. They just wanted to quickly resolve the situation in a positive way and they certainly did that for me. Replacing the driver was a snap and I’m back in business in less than a week. This type of customer service inspires great customer loyalty (it doesn’t hurt that they make great sounding speakers). If only all manufacturers were this customer friendly.
