GPS Recommendations- Garmin, Tom Tom, Others?

Anybody have any opinions on GPS devices? Obviously I've heard lots about the Garmin due to their incessant marketing campaigns, but I'm curious for any advice on models and reliability.

From my own personal experience I'd say Garmin all the way and never look back. Anything else in my humble opinion is like starting with Bose (lol) speakers in your quest for great audio sound.

I loved those commercials Jaime. Although- if I bought products based on the most amount of advertising I saw... I'd probably own several Sham-Wows, a pair of Snuggies, 3 dozen cases of Coors Light, and a Bose system .
