The SC-67 claims 140W of output and 4 ohm capability, but it is a digital amp, so I am not sure what to make of that. I think we had discussed a similar Pioneer receiver here recently and came to the conclusion that the rating was optimistic, but should still be able to handle a typical room.
Sounds like half your battle is won - you found speakers you like, and the receiver is in hand, and you already have a plan; and a good one in my book.
For the sub, what's the budget and how big is your room? I would say B&W is probably not the way to go for the sub in terms of getting the most mileage out of your money.
