From what I understood he was being deported from the US so he was mad and that's why he decided to be a jerk.

If he's truly guilty of this and is able to comprehend the impact of his actions, then he clearly has no respect for life. Just end him. I don't know why we spend resources effing around with people like this. One bullet. 20 cents. Done. Either that or make some money on pay-per-view by dumping him into an alligator pit or throwing him into a shark feeding frenzy without a cage.

Situations like this are amazing. You have a bunch of people
screaming at the cops to do something and the cops don't
come out and admit that they can't be everywhere. The
police should have told people to organise a block watch.
Let the guy set a fire then ambush him, call us and we will be
over to clean everything up.
1) the guy would head somewhere else to do his fire bug thing
