Gefen DVI switch-Signal degradation ?

Have 2 DVI equipped output devices ( DVD player and Satellite receiver )
HDTV display with 1 DVI input. Gefen is only company I've found makes 2 x 1 and 4 x 1 switches.
Has anyone tried these and if so has there been any signal degradation ?
Other solutions available ?

Zektor makes a 5:1 switch as well.

I've used both. Neither cause signal degradation, but the remote on the Gefen can be a bit flakey.
