It includes the power cord, manual and remote... and a projector mount I will ship separately (shown in the images). I have a complimentary bulb that I have ordered from JVC. However, it is back-ordered, and they will ship it to me as soon as it is back in stock. It has 2400 hours on the current bulb. You will get a new bulb for it that you can either use and keep the old bulb as a backup or continue to use the old bulb and use the new one as a backup. Double boxed and shipped insured.
