from carpet to hardwood

Hello.
I purchased a piar of infinity floor speakers sometime ago. These came with pointed bases purported to enhance the sound by transmitting vibes to floor thru carpet. My problem is that we are contemplating a move and our new location will have hardwood floors. Is there a good way to protect them from the bases of my speakers?

buy 2 carpet door mats at a dollar store. That's a cheap option.

That's for audiophiles. The rest of us use nickels .

You can put cork, felt, rubber, or Magic Slider stick-on pads underneath the nickels
