Must part with beloved Pioneer HPM100's 4-way floorstanding loudspeakers, as commanded by interior decorator police. If you know this speaker line you know they need no introduction. Original owner, purchased new retail in 1977[!] Cabinets and grills in fair to good condition, drivers and woofers in good to very good condition: none blown, all reproduction surfaces completely intact and stable. Dust caps on mid- and cone tweeters pushed in by curious 3-yr old, was able to partially restore the mid's caps. But they're just dust caps, purely cosmetic afaik.

Complete with the epic HPM sound: amazing detail and stage with the right amp/placement/room tuning, all the depth & muscle when you need it. For aficionados a simple cabinet restore project, with all kinds of restore/upgrade potential inside the enclosures. As mentioned drivers and woofers are sound.

One catch: adopter must be willing to pick them up in greater Seattle area. As you know these cabinets are fortress-like and heavy ; )

PM me if interested, photos available for serious inquiries. First committed taker gets them.

I'll second that. I enjoyed quite a bit of music blaired through those. They get it done.

You picked the wrong woman. Part of the deal for me was to be able to do things like this.

Show her this picture, and tell her you will really suffer and compromise with speakers half the size!
