Framing Question

I am using sound clips for the ceiling. However, is there something I should use when framing the walls and attaching those framed walls to the concrete basement floor and the first floor, floor joists?

For the floor, if you want to do it right, lay down some Dri-Cor first and then frame the walls on top of that. Leave them 1/2" short and use PAC International DC-04 clips to isolate them from the floor above.
