I purchased a used CX 2310 to integrate my sub and computer speakers. It has proven to create more problems for me than it solved, so I'm selling it. I paid $60 plus shipping and that is what I'm willing to sell it for. AH'ers get first crack, if it doesn't go soon I'll ebay it.

What problems did it create??

Is it working properly?

The biggest problem I ran into was a ground loop which I was unable to completely resolve. Introducing the crossover into my system actually created two  ground loops in my system. One between my printer and the crossover, and one between the crossover and my sub.

Also, I think because I was going from an unbalanced connection from my PC to a balanced input on the crossover, and then converting back to an unbalanced connection to the sub and receiver I was losing some sq. Music did not seem to have the same depth and dynamic range with the crossover in the system. I think eventually I will upgrade my current receiver (which does not have an adjustable crossover) to an AVR.

I need to pick up one of these for my future subs. I know it's no DCX2496, but money is tight atm and I'm cutting costs.

Since your having issues and want to shed it. I will gladly take it off your hands for a reasonable price.
