I had a chance to listen to the 926 and 948 today.
The 926 was set up nicely and driven by the Devialet 170. Very cool integrated! Yes, the Devialet are insanely expensive, but I'll bet you see more of the same concept for far less shekels in the near future.
the 926 is a very nice sounding speaker.. Not quite as nice as the Song Towers I listened to on Saturday and considerably more $$ at 3399 iirc.
The Focals may have a slight edge in bass though.
926's:
The 948 is much more physically imposing but sounded off.. Either the room, source, or both but something wasn't quite right with them. Pretty though, and I'm sure they're better than they sounded to me today.
