We're good. It was in our general area, but not close enough to hit our neighborhood/city.

Miami, nothing down here, ready for SB, even though I've lost my enthusiasm for it after this disaster, we lost more souls this a.m. than with the last two hurricanes. Extremely upsetting knowing there are folks out there with dead loved ones to contend with tonight. Whoever said Florida was paradise obviously didn't live here too long. Now I'm getting creepy thoughts about the upcoming season a couple of months away.

Just Northwest of us. Lady Lake is mostly a small retirement community. LOTS of trailer homes.

But still, Mother Nature must be REALLY pissed with Central Florida lately. Heck, we even had an unexplained earthquake off the coast of Tampa in the Gulf last year.

I'm still waiting for a new volcano to pop up somewhere nearby.
