Floor plan, now speaker placement?

Alright, well I have finally decided on my audio setup. I am purchasing a Onkyo 605 reciever to power my SVS SBS-01 speaker system. Here is a picture of my floor plan. The entire apartment (dont worry, not gonna blast out the neighbors) is 665 sq ft, and I do not know the measurments on the living room alone. I color coded a few things onto the floorplan to show what I would do off of instinct on placing the speakers. The blue squares are the speakers, and the green are just a loveseat and sofa. I did not include the SVS sub because I do not know where the best place would be, then again you might either, I may just have to toy around with its placement. The way they have that little place to set up a TV I am going to just have to set up the center above the TV with a wall bracket because I think the center speaker is a bit large to on my glass TV stand, that and it would be way below ear level. So what would you guys do? If you can't tell me due to lack of measurments, just say so and I'll update this thread when I get into it and get a better idea myself. Thanks.

The placement looks fine. I assume the surround speakers would be placed on stands or on end tables on each side of the couches.

The sub could be placed in the corner behind the TV if there is enough space or on the left wall or possibly even in the corner where the two couches meet. You'll have to experiment for the best location.

Cool. Yeah I plan on buying stands for it all. I am going to have an end table where the couches meet but I might be able to get the sub in there... Hey off subject but do you know if the x-series by Onix would be alright to go on SVS speaker stands? I'm being told for a few bucks more, going with the Onix x-series and the SVS sub would be better then a whole SVS system. I just am not currently willing to shell out 150 bucks for a pair of onix speaker stands, heh.

There are some speakers stands that are made to hold a particular shape or brand of speaker but in general if the top is wide enough any speaker stand is as good as any other as long as it is made well, has the color you like, the right price, etc, etc.
