Flat panel speaker for LCD recommendation

I'm expecting my 42" LCD July 1st, and I'll be mounting it soon after. I have the Velodyne DECO system for sub/side/rear surrounds. I need front channel and center speakers, that are no deeper than about 5 inches or so. The TV is 4 1/2 inches deep, and the mount will be about another 1 1/2 or so. I'd say no more than 6 inches deep then. I'm cheap, but I know they're somewhat costly. Best Buy has some Athenas for $189 a piece that are 4 inches deep http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=7035068&type=product&productCategoryId=pcmcat30100050002&id=1110263501593 Are they any good? Any help is appreciated.

B&W FPM series. Not cheap, but why would you dump all of your money into the video?

I just upgraded from the Athena Micra 6 system (which you can get for around $300 total, including the subwoofer) to the Athena WS60s in the front and the WS15s as surrounds. The Micra 6 is recommended by Audioholics for their $1000 system, and for what it is worth, I think the WS are better, although you will need to purchase a subwoofer. The true audiophiles on the list will probably knock the speakers, but as an "old" guy who wants better sound to hear with old ears, at a reasonable price, I think either of these are fine.

On-wall speakers

I wouldn't recommend the Athena WS series. They look good, but perform pretty poorly compared to the Athena Audition series and other options.
Depending on your budget check out the On-wall speakers from Axiom Audio, Paradigm, and RBH sound.

There are also, some "in-wall" speakers starting in the $200 each range that would mount flush against the wall.

Thanks for the recommendations guys. I think I'm gonna end up using the fifth speaker that came with the DECO system for the center channel and get two floor standing towers for the fronts. I have the room for them, and they'll be more at the listenting level, so they'll probably sound better and cost a lot less. Thanks again.
