I finally pull the trigger on getting a good receiver for my HT project. I got the Pio Elite VSX-74txvi last week and in the process of setting it up. I am just waiting on the SVS subwoofer PB-12isd/v and it should be here next week. I will set this HT system as 5.1 for the next 3 months or so until I get a good pair of surround speakers for 7.1. I will use my old Kenwood tower speakers and the its power amp for the front main. Next thing to buy will be the Panasonic AE900 projector but thats gonna be not so soon. I need to break more sweat to get $$$ for it. I know, it will be a lot of calibrating and tweaking for this project and I will keep you guys posted and definitely ask questions and help from your expertise.
