I was wondering if there was a market for stuff like this. I've had a Panasonic RQ-84 (Karaoke machine) that I found when I was in Highschool at a garage sale for $10.00, and I just found it in the garage while unpacking more of the moving boxes. I was wondering if people collected this sort of thing. It's kind of cool, it has two tape recording/play decks, and 2 8-track recording decks. I used to use it to make tiny demos in highschool. You could put one tape in, with a drum beat you recorded, play it, and record both that tape and whatever you played on guitar into the 2nd tape, then keep swapping tapes and "tracking" I also used it as a guitar amp if a friend came over when I only had one amp. No idea how you'd use it as a karaoke machine... there's no screen or anything...
Do people collect or use this sort of stuff at all? I'd rather not just give it to goodwill or whatever. I saw the user manual on sale on Ebay for $12.00 but I want to know if anyone wants the actual thing.
