- The first gun shot shot at the bank.

- The final shotgun blast by the bank manager. Very powerful sounding and you can hear the shotgun shell hit the floor. I love hearing little details like that.

- First appearance of the Batmobile

- Guy dressed as Batman crashing into window (scared the crap out of me the first time I watched it)

- Ballistics scene (my favorite of the entire movie)

- The first gun shots fired by the Joker inside the transport truck at the Swat vehicle holding Harvey Dent (the sounds of the bullets hitting the vehicle pan from the right to left surrounds, love that effect and it sounds terrific)

- The helicopter crash

- Joker blowing up the hospital

- Batman flipping the transport truck with his two wheel vehicle

I think you pretty much hit all the ones that I liked. I actually enjoyed the audio on the entire opening scene. Very well done.

just watched the movie on my new speakers yesterday, and wow what an experience, i loved that whole movie for sound! i think i may have to watch it again sometime soon!

The LFE when the hospital gets was awesome. I had to get up and turn down my subs, because I thought my little ht room was coming apart! This is by no means an exaggeration either. Just right down scary!
