Expanding surround field

so i had an idea on expanding my surround field, the issue i have now is if your not sitting in the main seat, all you hear is the back speakers and front speakers and it is hard to localize the surrounds, so i came up with the idea to add a second pair of surround to the room to give it a larger field thus eliminating a "sweet spot" i would most likely connect them in parallel, which would be no issue because i have connected speakers to my receiver before in parallel with no issues. here is my idea, the legend is: hollow shapes=seat, solid black shapes=current setup red shapes=speakers i will be adding.

thoughts, comments, suggestions?

no point in answering now, went ahead and did it and it fixed the "sweet spot" issue, now there are no sweet spots in the room and surround effects can be heard no matter the seating position with no "side effects".
