With the appropriate filters (infrasonic at 15hz 4th order) the vent velocity is at 15.5 m/s. I fail to see where this is an issue at all?
How does this allow you to get more cuts out of the wood? There is always more than one way to cut your material much less put it together??
Using more than 400 watts will be unnecessary in nearly any application with this driver under normal usage.
I was modeling the wrong w6.
I specified how the cuts would be easier to get out of a 4' x 2'
Which is the readily available manageable sheets at lowes and home depot.
16.5" would only allow you 2 cut's out of each piece. Where as dropping it even an inch would allow you you to get three cuts. per section.
I know this sounds crazy. Of course the easiest thing to do would be rip it down to to 4' x 16.5 and cut down the pieces to form the folding portions.
One could get a single port from a single 4' x 2' sheet.
