Emptek 1010i or Hsu Stf-2

The Emp Tek 1010i subwoofer is on sale right now for $329 (normally $499). I was originally going to get the Hsu Stf-2 subwoofer which would cost about $390 with shipping but now I am considering getting the 1010i because of the cheaper price. The advantage of the Stf-2 is that it can play down to 25hz and the 1010i can only play down to 30hz. My room is 1,250 cu. ft. Am I better off getting the Stf-2 because it can play lower or is that extra 5hz lower not a big deal?

In terms of maximum output capability, it looks pretty comparable to the EMP subwoofer, even at 25Hz.
