I haven’t listened to other speaker systems (except mine) recently, but based on the EMP system I listened to, I suspect the EMPs are competitive with other speakers in their retail price ranges, so the special prices are real values.
I recommended the system below to my brother and we were both pleasantly surprised, particularly when combined with the Onkyo 606’ s Audessey automatic acoustics adaptation system. (I am sure the system would have sounded even better with a proper speaker placement and speaker aim.)
