ParadigmDawg Audioholic Overlord Sep 19, 2008 #4 My MPS-1 almost feels cold when I touch it, even at loud volumes for extended periods of time and it only has 3'' of room above it.

jcPanny Audioholic Ninja Sep 19, 2008 #5 Emotiva amp. I have the LPA-1 and it stays cool driving my 4 ohm HT speaker with the other 2 channels powering my whole house audio system. The Yamaha receiver that I am using as pre-pro gets pretty warm after a few hours.
