I usually don't get too excited about piano because of the restrictions (cannot bend note or change tone character too much as with a sax for example), but this guy had a gift for throwing in grace notes and trills (along with a nice touch) to be expressive with a piano.
I don't know about his other kids, but at least he left behind fine trumpet (Wynton) and sax (Branford) players!
