Elemental Design Speakers??

I'm thinking of getting some eD speakers, but not sure because I don't see many reviews on them. Can anyone provide some feedback on their. Below are the models I'm interested in...

Front Mains--A6.t
Center -- A6.mtm

I biggest reason I'm interested in them is...

1) price

2) They offer many custom features (i.e. cabinet color, face plate designs using different types of wood material, ect) at a reasonable cost!!

Audioholics did a review on the ED A6.6t6 awhile back, they seemed to like them. I talked to one guy who heard them, he liked the 6t6, but he thought the mtm made for a weak center channel. Supposedly the A6-6t6 center is a big improvement. You might also give EMP's E5 Impression line a look, and Infinity's Primus speakers as well.

I ended up purchasing the following…

1) A6.t as my mains
2) A6.mtm as centers
3) Custom 10in subwoofer (not powered—using my Emotiva amp to power the sub—my choice) and enclosure

Like I mentioned before you can custom many of their product, and this is what I came up with..

• All the speakers faces plate including the subwoofer will be made of real Oakwood stained black with a high gloss finish and the rest of the box will be black satain
• Since they own a CNC machine I also wanted 3 groves in the oak face plate, to give some additional detail to the look of the speaker (see pic)
• I requested to have the box trim down with curve edges and to give them a sleeker look

To make these will be about 4-6wks—Can’t wait!!!

I'm looking forward to reading what you think of them. I've thought about buying them as well. The prices are attractive and the few reviews I've seen are positive.

These are almost finish and I have to say that I am very impressed with the results so far. Going into this, I had my doubts, but after working with the ED team (mainly Alex Lindeman), these guys have a passion for perfection. Check out the pics on the link below...
